will under no circumstance divulge any information supplied
by partners, clients and end users. The information
supplied to us will remain strictly confidential and
will only be used to the extent permitted by your company.
Storage Security
Our data center is guarded by both physical and electronic
security. The servers are housed in a climate controlled
secure environment with access permissible to authorized
personnel only. The servers’ electricity supply is
cleaned and filtered by an Uninterruptible Power Supply
and includes a 82Kva onsite backup generator that is
tested on a weekly basis to ensure we have maximum possible
uptime.
Network Security
Our network is protected by firewalls, and is regularly
maintained to prevent security risks. Our network is
audited on a regular basis to ensure maximum security.
Transaction security
Transmissions of sensitive information such as credit
card numbers are encrypted using 128 Bit encryption
technology. Personnel access to sensitive data such
as full credit card numbers is severely restricted.
Security from Fraud
Worldsa boasts one of the most advanced
and reliable fraud detection systems. A careful mixture
of advanced tracking tools and a dedicated Anti-fraud
department ensure that your charge back rate will by
as low as physiologically possible. Generally, this
rate is kept well below the 1% mark on all type of transactions.
